At German Shepherd Shop, we want you and your canine companion to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached; place them securely in a shipping box along with your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
